Dr. House Can Do Anything

Lately my nights have been taken up by watching every episode of House M.D. starting at season 1. I can't stop. One of my favorite parts of the show is when House (Hugh Laurie) plays his New Orleans style blues on the piano. He's good, like actually good.

Anyways, apparently I am not the only one who thought the British actor/comedian/musician was pretty good and now Warner Music Entertainment has signed him to a record deal. Laurie plans to release a New-Orleans Blues album which will be mixed by Joe Henry (Elvis Costello, Ani DiFranco) and does not have a release date yet.

When asked how he felt about the album, Laurie said, “I know the history of actors making music is a checkered one, but I promise no one will get hurt.”

Don't worry, even if someone DOES get hurt, House can fix them!
