It’s nearly the end of the year, and the perfect time for us to decide on the best albums of 2009. Here at FILTER, we are featuring a guest artist’s Top 10 list of albums from 2009 each day this month.
After last year’s release of Appeal to Reason, Rise Against is back to putting out new music; the band recently released a new single, Grammatizator. Rise Against is currently touring the United States with stops in New Zealand, Australia and Singapore in early 2010. Lead singer Tim McIlrath took a moment with FILTER to give us his favorite albums of 2009. Here’s what’s been filling his headphones:
