It’s hard to believe it’s almost the New Year. To honor the best albums of 2009, FILTER has spent the month of December featuring a daily Top 10 list of a guest artist’s favorite albums.

Today, Charlie Fink of Noah and the Whale is giving us his picks for the best albums of 2009. With the October release of The First Days of Spring, Noah and the Whale spent the beginning of this month touring Europe. The band even released a film to accompany the album.
