Music Rights Now: Call To Action!

"The music business is facing huge challenges from piracy and theft. Never before in American history has an entire industry been so decimated by illegal behavior." These are some of Jim Urie's words from his "call to action" about the dismal state of the music industry. Jim is the President and CEO of Universal Music Group and he is trying to rally support in order to get the US government more aggressive in regulating and controlling ISPs (Internet Service Providers). In countries like South Korea, France, and New Zealand, governments have started to play more of a prominent role and sales have dramatically improved.

Jim's call to action is simply asking people to voice their support. If the people do not show support, the government won't care either.

By clicking the link below, a message will be sent to your representatives in Washington to show support for this call to action.

If you are a music lover, show support and click HERE.
