According to RollingStone.com, Neil Young is has reached the final stages of the mixing process on a new album. The Canadian rock legend is ready to give the music scene a rock enema.

The album was recorded in just nine days during three separate full-moon cycles earlier in the year and was produced by Daniel Lanois. The album is mostly electric except a few solo acoustic jams.
