Stephen Tobolowsky Joins FILTER Magazine’s Culture Collide!

The one and only Stephen Tobolowsky (you may know him from Groundhog Day or Glee) will make a special appearance at FILTER Magazine's Culture Collide in October! He will be regaling festival crowds with stories from his travels to Finland and introducing the Finnish showcase at the festival.
